An Outstanding Experience

At our Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Hot Locks SalonSpa experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.

Etiquette
So that all guests may enjoy a peaceful and relaxing experience, please refrain from cell phone use in the salonspa and leave children and pets at home where they are happiest.

Cancellations & No Shows
We require, at minimum a 24-hour notice to cancel any appointment. Late arrivals are understandable and we will do our best to accommodate you, but after 10 minutes, the appointment will be classified a “no show” and the cancellation procedure will be enforced. If you’re not feeling well, please cancel your scheduled appointment. Illness is unfortunate, however we will not hold an appointment at the risk of passing whatever ailment to other clients or the practitioner. In the event of a late cancellation a $25 rebooking fee will be required to reschedule any future appointments. Late cancellations of any appointment booked for 1.5 hours or more will be charged 50% of service.
